I am Hayley Reis. I am a young vibrant being, deeply connected and apart of nature. I have my masters in environmental education and it is my absolute passion and purpose to ignite and inspire the wild wisdom of the world through this connection with nature. I am both a teacher and a student, continuosuly deepening my practices and engaging in new ones. I have been on a healing journey with my womb(an)hood - guiding me to self-identity, ecologies, mindset and planetary health expeditions. I share embodied wisdom infused with practical scientific understanding.

Here is a free medicine wheel meditation
I have been receiving and working with the wisdom of the medicine wheel, an indigenous knowledge system that weaves many facets of life together. The medicine wheel is symbolised by the 4 directions and connected to 4 elements. We begin in the East with air, move towards the South for Fire, West for water and North for earth. The 5th element of ether is held within the 3 directions which add depth + dimension: above, below and within. I incorporate the medicine wheel into my planning and reflective tools. As I work with the wisdom of nature, this template helps to guide me in many ways. This teaching continues throughout my work and will present within many contexts, I hope it can infuse your transformational journey too.
